Our Traditional Recipe Story
The story of Makhni Organics begins in the misty hills of Chail, Himachal Pradesh, my Nana ji’s home. He made the most unforgettable chicken achaar, a flavor that defined my childhood. But his recipe was a secret, and when he passed away, it felt like that taste was lost forever.
Years later, my father, who runs a culinary YouTube channel, set out to recreate it. Through months of research, slow-cooking techniques, and countless trials, he finally revived the soul of Nana ji’s original recipe.
On my birthday, he gifted me that recipe, not just as food but as the foundation of a business. That moment became the start of Makhni Organics.
We are proudly non-vegetarian, specializing in premium chicken and mutton achaars. Our spices are dry-roasted and slow-cooked in pure mustard oil, using traditional oil-curing methods, with no artificial preservatives, just bold, authentic flavor.
To ensure perfect delivery, we replaced fragile glass jars with advanced retort pouches, which are leak-proof, portable, and built to preserve taste.

Why We Started
Makhni Organics began with a birthday gift: my father recreated my Nana ji’s legendary chicken achaar from Chail after months of research and handed me the recipe to start my journey. I launched the brand in Nabha with one clear vision—to build India’s strictly non-vegetarian achaar brand. Rooted in this family recipe, we use premium meats, zero artificial preservatives, and modern retort packaging.
